At BeautyIQ, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for products that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Sealed where applicable
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Customers must contact BeautyIQ within 7 calendar days of delivery (based on the tracking information) to request a return. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply where applicable
- Items purchased at a discount of 20% or greater are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange
- Promotional bundles, gift sets, clearance items, and limited edition collections may be final sale
BeautyIQ reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return requirements.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please email us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Photos or videos showing the products in original unopened condition
- Photos of the shipping box
- A photo of the shipping label attached to the package
Requests without supporting documentation may not be approved.
Our team will review your request within approximately 48 business hours.
If approved:
- We will provide the return instructions and return address
- Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping
- A tracking number must be provided once the return has been shipped
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow:
- 2–5 business days for inspection and processing
If the returned items are confirmed to be unused and in resellable condition, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- BeautyIQ is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking confirmation
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Third-Party Retailers
Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or authorized resellers must be returned or exchanged through the original place of purchase.
BeautyIQ can only process orders placed directly through our official website.
